Student Password Recovery Process

If a student forgets their password, they should contact their classroom teacher for assistance with resetting it. For more information click here

Staff Password Recovery Process

If you forgot your password, please call the IT Helpdesk at 604.466.6248 to book an appointment.

Please note that IT staff are not able to reset passwords over the phone or by email.
