When I try and open an attachment in the new webmail, I get a message that says cannot open/download attachment.ashx.

There are two ways to get around the problem:

1. Switch web browsers – Firefox does not have this issue.
2. Click on Open As Webpage, then click the attachment name at the top of the page.
