What is MFA?
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) adds an extra layer of security to your account when you log in. It typically requires:
- Something you know (your password), and
- Something you have (such as your phone, a physical token, or another trusted device).
By requiring both factors, MFA makes it much more difficult for unauthorized individuals to access your account.
Logging in on a Personal Device
To log in on a personal device, you will need the Microsoft Authenticator app to receive MFA prompts.
- On district-managed devices, the Microsoft Authenticator app is available through Self Service.
