Creating a ticket in IT HelpDesk is the quickest and most efficient way of getting help. To create a ticket, follow these steps: 

  1. Go to http://helpdesk.sd42.ca and log in with
  2. Username: firstname_lastname
  3. Password: your email password

  5. Please make sure to fill in your location as well as your room number
