The Maple Ridge – Pitt Meadows School District (SD42) is hosting an information session on Wednesday, January 31 for its Community-Based Learning program for Grade 8 students.
This program will divide time between learning in the school and in the community with a place-based learning focus on natural spaces, such as local parks and forests. Students will spend three days a week learning at Thomas Haney Secondary and two days a week in the community.
The information session is open to both parents and students.
