About Us

School District No. 42 strives to deliver up-to-date technology to all district staff and students to enhance their teaching and learning experiences.

Our department provides timely technical support for district-purchased hardware, software, district accounts, assistance with the Parent Portal, MyEdBC, and wireless onboarding.

IT support is available Monday to Friday (excluding stat holidays) from 8:00 am – 4:00 pm.

Submitting a ticket ensures that all requests are addressed, not missed in an email, and that any urgent issues are dealt with promptly and efficiently. Submit a HelpDesk ticket or call the IT Helpdesk at 604.466.6248

The IT Department is located on the first floor at the School District No. 42 Education Office at 22225 Brown Ave, Maple Ridge, BC.
