Global BC’s fifth annual Thanks For Giving campaign in support of Food Banks BC takes place Thursday, October 5, 2017.
To make food or cash donations in Maple Ridge, go to the 22700-block of 119th Avenue (across from the bowling alley) from 7 am to 7 pm.
Global News and CKNW will be live on location at the Maple Ridge food bank, as well as at food banks in Surrey and Victoria that are also accepting donations during the campaign.
How to Donate
- Donate online
- Come by any of the broadcasting locations and drop off money or food donations
- Visit your local food bank to donate
- Text FOOD to 41010 to donate $5, $10, $20 or $25 (you specify the amount and it will be added to your phone bill)
