Garibaldi Secondary Music presents its May Music Madness concert series on Monday, May 7 and Tuesday, May 8.
“We’re wrapping up Garibaldi Secondary’s spring concert series with a showcase of jazz and concert bands – all 6 of them! – on Monday evening in the gym, and choirs and guitars with special guest performers, MRSS Senior Choir, on Tuesday evening,” said music teacher Rebekah Bell.
“It’s been a very busy spring for our music program including retreats to Loon Lake, eight concerts at elementary schools, a junior band trip to Victoria, hosting a school band from Fredericton, New Brunswick, and trying out instruments with more than 300 grade six and seven students.”
